  1. All Rates are subject to NJ sales tax and other applicable tax.  Rates subject to change.  Rates apply to 3 weeks advanced reservation only.

  2. MasterCard and Visa are welcome at full rate.

  3. Two nights deposit required to confirm reservation.  5 & 7 night specials require a 1/3 deposit.  Deposit applies to the last day (s) of reservation.

  4. Balance due upon arrival in CASH, Credit Cards or Travelers Checks. 

  5. NO PERSONAL CHECKS accepted upon arrival.  Personal checks accepted for deposit only if received 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

  6. Deposits refundable (not transferable) – ONLY if notified 2 weeks prior to arrival date and subject to a 25% service charge.

  7. NO REFUNDS – within 2 weeks of arrival date or for early departures.

  8. Reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or conditions beyond our control.  Sorry NO Bicycles or Stereos in rooms.

  9. Confirmed reservations held until 7 PM unless notified.
